2. How about the tolerance?  Mold tolerance +/- 0.001mm, Product tolerance +/- 0.005mm. 3. Could you make double color injection mold? Yes,we have three sets double
color injection machines .
4. Have you ever made over molds? What kind of materials you use? We have good experience in over molds such as: ABS+PC, PA+TPE, PA+GL,PC+PBT,
PPE+PS,POM,TPU, PMMA, and so on. 5. What is your turnaround time for injection mold building? Usually 4-6 weeks, but it also depends on mold size and mold structure complexity. 6. How long do you need for quotation? We usually submit the exact quotes within 2 working days once we get the sufficient
information from customer, but also we try to quote as soon as possible.
7. Do you build hot runner molds? Yes, we build hot runner molds and are familiar with many different systems such as
DME, Mold Master,,INCO,Thermoplay, Harsco,Synventive,PSG, Yudo and Husky, etc.
