This technology positions HONGCHANG TOOLING with a unique ability to handle extreme precision, and yet also offer its customers the benefits of 60%greater energy efficiency over traditional hydraulic machines. Current presses range in size from 100 tons of clamping pressure to 350 tones TOSHIBA machines, HONGCHANG TOOLING tests the mold in-house using scientific injection molding technology. Trial reports and process data are provided to the client for rapid start up and all clients can be assured of tight quality control that guarantees an excellent product. Mold trial samples will be provided together with inspection reports. |
